Eisenman Associates has launched a new website for Wintergreen Advisers, LLC. The new site, ShareholdersForCTOChange.com, is a dedicated website for the proxy contest that Wintergreen has launched against CTO.
The site sets out to inform investors of their rights as shareholders and persuade them to vote in favor of Wintergreen’s proposals at CTO’s annual meeting.
